Planning is well under way for our debut as a retailer at The Brisbane Quilt and Craft Fair, October 14-17th 2026. Unfortunately we cannot be in 2 places at once so our online orders will be fulfilled after the Fair. Last chance for shipping will be orders placed up to 4pm Sunday 11 October. Normal shipping will commence Monday 19th October. We are really looking forward to meeting our South East Qld customers at the Fair.
Our exciting news for us, is we now have some of our own patterns available as digital downloads. These are progressively being added. Please bear with us if any issues arise as this is a huge leap for us. The Pattern Series is called Garden Sundial and are for machine applique inspired by hand painted Talavera Tiles. We commenced drawing in March 2026 after percolating the idea for years. It is a "Modern Baltimore" style and the pattern is given as a quarter of the block, rotating around a center point. You can mix and match and design your own quilt, table runner or cushion according to your taste. We joined ours with 1/4" finished grouting but recommend a slightly wider grout.
