Welcome to June at batikfabrics.com.au. Officially winter! Time for staying warm indoors and working on your quilting projects. We are having a Pre Stocktake sale with 25% off Springtime, Kimberley, Shades of Grey and Dots n Dashes Ranges. 25% off sale ends June 17, 2024. This is extra to our usual end of bolt and sale items already listed as reduced.
We have completed Month 1 of the Pattern Poole’s BOM and are eagerly waiting Block 2 release. We have posted our progress on our FB page, Batik Fabrics Online, and IG is batikfabrics_ruth if you have missed us so far. Here are our blocks if you have missed seeing them.
Another Facebook Group which may interest you is The National Quilt Museum Block of the Month Club. Ask to join the group.This group runs a Block of The Month from April to December each year with guest designers. All of the previous files are saved also. Free to join. Is a great way to learn new techniques.
The Quilt Trail held during the Winter Craft Festival in Kingaroy Qld is on again, July 27 and 28th. I will be having a pop up shop at Wooroolin only on Saturday July 27 alongside the Wooroolin De Stash market. Watch this space for details. My quilt is pictured on their advertising brochure! My art quilts will be on display in the Kingaroy Art Gallery for both days.
