Have you heard of the Colourwash Style of Quilts? These quilts introduce the concept of value (not monetary wise but light or dark value) of the fabrics. Using a smart phone set to monochrome is a good example of viewing a fabric's value. These quilts use a small portion of many fabrics and colour is not always the first choice for suitability in your project. These are 2 quilts made a few years back now but using floral prints when it was difficult to purchase batiks. These quilts use strip piecing to make the blocks instead of cutting individual squares or rectangles which were how the original colourwash quilts were made.
We have quite a few bundles available. They come in Fat Quarter, Skinny Quarter, Fat Eighths packs. Colourwash packs will be in the description so search using the word colourwash.

This quilt uses 36 fabrics from light to dark, joined in strips, cross cut then joined in rows of 6 to form each block. Quilt is 41" high x 50 " wide.

This quilt used the rail fence pattern with raw edge applique stitched down with narrow cross hatching quilting. A fat eighth bundle of at least 12 fabrics would be sufficient for this size quilt. 34" square.
